Core the pepper and thinly slice. Finely chop or crush the garlic. Finely slice the ginger. Cut mangetout and sweetcorn in half lengthways.
Add oil to the Foodi and bring to medium high heat on Saute mode. Fry the pork for 4-5 mins, until golden and cooked through. When done, remove from Foodi and set aside.
The dressing: mix the vinegar, soy and honey together, stirred well.
Add more oil to the Foodi, still on medium high heat on Saute mode. Add the vegetables, garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 2-3 mins. Return the pork to the pan, and stir into the vegetables, then add the noodles and dressing. Keep stiring until everything is heated through. Season to taste.
